Gabriel Horta Blancas is the owner and general contractor of Green O Construction LLC, licensed under Oregon CCB #204939 and headquartered at 20001 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy, Suite 208, in Beaverton, Oregon. He has spent 17 years running residential and commercial construction across the Portland metro — Beaverton, Portland, Hillsboro, Tigard, Aloha, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville, Cornelius, Forest Grove, Sherwood, and West Linn.
Gabriel was born on October 11, 1985 in Aguililla, Michoacán, Mexico. His family moved to Fresno, California when he was 12, which is where he finished school and first worked construction. He grew up bilingual — native Mexican Spanish at home, English at school — and still runs every Green O job in the language the homeowner is most comfortable signing a contract in.
Before founding Green O in 2008, Gabriel served in the United States Army from 2004 to 2006. Green O is veteran-owned, not veteran-themed. The service shows up on jobsites the way it should: 0700 starts, documented monthly OSHA training, and a written chain of accountability that runs from the foreman back to him every week.
Why I built Green O
The reason Green O exists is simple: too many homeowners in this metro have paid full price for work that didn’t last, from crews they could no longer reach when the warranty mattered. That’s the gap. Every part of how we run Green O — permit pulled in our name, warranty registered in yours, self-performed crews, architect on payroll, PE-engineered structural work — was built to close it.
Gabriel personally estimates every project and stays involved from first walk to final punch. He handles owner-direct escalations himself. The phone number on the site is his cell.
